Terms of Service

By using the Calendar72 iOS app or the calendar72.app website, you agree to the following terms. They are short on purpose — there's not much going on.

1. What Calendar72 does

Calendar72 is a curator of public iCalendar (.ics) feeds — Bundesliga fixtures, Formula 1 races, holidays, and similar event schedules. The app lets you browse curated feeds and subscribe to them with one tap. Subscriptions are added to your Apple Calendar via the standard iOS webcal:// handoff. Your calendar app handles the syncing from there.

2. What you do

You agree to:

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Keep your account credentials (or your Apple ID / Google account used to sign in) reasonably secure.
• Not abuse the service — e.g. don't try to extract calendar data en-masse, don't scrape, don't try to break authentication.

3. Price

Calendar72 is free. There are no paid tiers, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions billed by Calendar72. (You will see "subscribe" used in the calendar-feed sense — meaning your calendar app pulls updates from a URL. No money changes hands.)

4. The data we serve is "as is"

Calendar72 curates schedules from public sources — primarily OpenLigaDB for football fixtures, and similar APIs for other sports and events. We do our best to keep them accurate and synced, but we don't control the source data. Match times can shift, events can be cancelled, and there may be brief windows where a feed lags behind reality. We don't warrant accuracy. Always confirm important dates with the organising body.

5. Your account

You can delete your Calendar72 account at any time from the in-app Account tab. We may suspend an account if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being used to abuse the service.

6. Termination

You can stop using Calendar72 at any time. Deleting your account immediately removes your data per the Privacy Policy. We can stop offering the service at any time; if we do, we'll notify users in-app or by email before pulling the plug.

7. Liability

Calendar72 is provided as-is and without warranty. We are not liable for missed events, calendar-sync issues caused by Apple Calendar or your device, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the app — to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you also enjoy the protections of mandatory consumer-protection laws of that state.

9. Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users in-app. Continued use after the change means you accept the new version.
